Label TextThe style of these two vases with copper overlays bridges the European Art Nouveau movement with Vienna Secessionist design and the emerging Arts and Crafts Movement style. A notable figure in Secession glass art, Johann Loetz Witwe, also made a striking series of iridescent vases which won a gold medal at the 1900 Paris World’s Fair.
