Ovington Bros.

Ovington's was a infamous place in New York to buy some of the highest quality, fine china from France. They did sell items that didn't have their name on the pieces, but many were made exclusively for them and did bear their name. The store, Ovington Brothers, started in the late 1800's and the last of three brothers to run the store passed away in 1909. The store continued to remain open by family and sell fine china/bronzes/glassware until sometime after 1920 shortened the name to Ovington's.
