Born in 1772 in Ottery St. Mary on October 21st.

Youngest of ten children, Coleridge was bullied as a kid and ran away at the afe of seven. Later sent away to London to a charity school for children of the clergy.

Joined the army in 1793 using the name Silas Tomkyn Comberbache.

Married Sarah Southey in October of 1795.

Battled with an opium addiction throughout his life, making him paranoid and he eventually separated from his wife after two children.

Coleridge died on July 25, 1834.
