Marguerite Redman Dorgeloh (1890-1944) Born in Watsonville, CA on Dec. 14, 1890. Dorgeloh studied at the CSFA, San Jose Teachers College, and spent most of her career in San Francisco. During the Depression she worked for the WPA. Her illustration of Van Ness Mansion appeared on front page of San Francisco News, Nov. 6, 1941. Her suicide occurred in Pasadena, CA on March 18, 1944.
