BS in Design from University of Michigan – Ann Arbor, 1958; MFA in Ceramics from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 1965. Lenore Davis was a prominent figure in the world of textile and fiber arts. She lived in Cincinnati, where she was a teacher and proponent of fabric design. She illustrated several books and was a member of the National Institute of American Doll Artists.
