North Star Pottery Co.

In 1892 the North Star Stoneware Co. was born and that provided additional competition. The new arrival was confronted by the merger of the Red Wing Stoneware Co. and the Minnesota Stoneware Co. under the new name of “Red Wing Union Stoneware Company.” The success and strength of the new union led to the death of the North Star Stoneware Co. in 1897.
