Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist

Gunvor Olin-Grönqvist began her career at the Arabia factory in Helsinki in the Design Department from 1951. In 1968, she moved to Product Planning, before joining the Art Department in 1976. Here she was encouraged to produce studio pieces within the factory context. As an artist, she is particularly known for her depictions of fruits and vegetables, a theme which ran through both her industrial design and studio work.
