Label TextThe blue peony in the center is the "queen of flowers." It symbolizes wealth and distinction. The clouds symbolize good fortune and happiness. The chrysanthemum is the flower of autumn, and it symbolizes a long life. The pine, plum, and bamboo are the "three friends of the cold days." They remain constant (they won't die), and they bloom before spring comes. The "wan," or swastika, is a symbol of immortality. It represents the heart of Buddha, resignation of the spirit, all happiness, the mind, and infinity.
