Label TextRuth (AKA Ruth the Gleaner) pattern represents the Biblical Ruth, daughter-in-law of the Israelite Naomi with whom she lived with in Bethlehem. Hear she gleaned grain, after the reapers, in the field of Boaz. Eventually she married Boaz and became the mother of Obed, and ancestress of Mary, Mother of Jesus.
