Dominick Labino

Research scientist who became interested in studio glass movement in the mid-1960's. He developed studio furnaces, glass formulas and began creating his own art work. Labino was vice-president and director of research at Johns-Manville Fiber Glass Corporation, Toledo, Ohio. He took evening craft classes at the Toledo Museum of Art School of Design.
